Produced by Qasab, a cooperative of 1200 + rural artisans in Kutch, India. In 1997, artisans of KMVS (a collective engaged in socio-economic empowerment of rural women in Kutch) formed groups to create and market their products under the name of Qasab (meaning craft skill). Traditional motifs reflecting the cultural identity of artisan communites in contemporary designs is a hallmark of Qasab products.
